Background

The automated course registration process in Incom attempts to ensure fairness in the allocation of places in courses with limited participant numbers.
This means, in particular, that there should be no “first come, first served” policy. Factors such as a fast internet connection or any unfortunate incidents should not be a hindrance.

Each applicant can use lots to prioritize their choice of course. The higher the number of tickets, the greater the likelihood of being drawn for a course.
