For almost 20 years, the Incom platform had no help pages or documentation – until today (2026). We always thought that looking and playing around is enough... And if there were too much to read, people would be put off.

So we encourage you to simply use and try and play around!

• check out interesting projects
• the context of their authors
• which workspaces are associated with those projects
• who are the people that interest you
• and yes just try out things for yourself. Everything can be undone.

Nevertheless, a few things have become more complex over the years.

That is why we have created this documentation, which will grow over time and with your questions.

The most frequently asked question here is definitely about the course enrollment procedure used at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and Dessau's Design Department.
